Philadelphia Chicken (Also available as a vegetarian option)
Chicken breast cut into mouth size chunks, in a creamy lemon and Philadelphia cheese sauce.

Traditional Fajita (Also available as a vegetarian option)
Strips of chicken breasts marinated in a variety of spices and cooked with peppers and onions in a red salsa. Served with flour tortillas, sour cream and salad.

Cajun Chicken (Also available as a vegetarian option)
Chicken breasts cooked with peppers and sweet corn in sherry with Cajun spices.

 


Rimini Chicken (Also available as a vegetarian option)
Succulent chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, Mozzarella and feta cheese cooked in dry sherry and fresh cream.

Brandy Pork (Also available as a vegetarian option)
Slices of pork fillet cooked with onions and mushrooms in a brandy and cream sauce. 

Hickory Burgers
Home made 100% beef hamburgers with a hint of hickory smoke. This comes with an option of garlic mayonnaise or BBQ sauce.

Spicy Chicken Po’Boy (Also available as a vegetarian option)
Chicken breast coated in Cajun spices and grilled in sherry until tender. Served in a garlic French baguette with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, onions and topped with garlic mayonnaise or BBQ sauce.

 


VEGETARIAN DISHES

Vegetarian Cannelloni        
Oven baked large pasta tubes stuffed with spinach, fetta cheese, ricotta cheese and topped with home made Béchamel sauce. Served with a freshly prepared salad.

Fettuccine Milanese         
Tender mushrooms and onions cooked in a cream and red wine sauce. Served with fettuccine pasta.

Vegetarian Fajita         
This Mexican dish has a mixture of fresh vegetables cooked in a spicy tomato sauce. Wrapped in two flour tortillas and served with a side salad and
sour cream.

Angel Hair          
Spaghetti simply cooked in virgin olive oil, lemon juice, chopped olives, capers and Italian herbs.

 

McAys Nuggets
Juicy chunks of chicken dipped in our home made spicy batter and deep fried. These nuggets are freshly home made when you order them, they are not frozen.  

Peachy Pork Picante (Also available as a vegetarian option)
Medallions of pork fillet, onions, green and red peppers coated in Mexican spices and fried in garlic butter, salsa and peach schnapps.

 

HOT AND SPICY

Tormented Chicken  (Also available as a vegetarian option)     
Cubes of chicken breast pan fried in garlic butter, Jamaican jerk spices, a splash of orange liquor, orange juice and fresh cream.

Rude Boy Chicken  (Also available as a vegetarian option)       
Two whole chicken breasts, cooked in our home made jerk paste, dry fried with coconut and rum.
 
Pasta From Hell         
Try this if you dare. Fettuccine tossed together with onions, peppers, mangos, pineapple and chillies, flavoured with orange and lemon juice and a Jamaican hot sauce straight from the fiery depths of hell.

Jungle Chicken  (Also available as a vegetarian option)        
Pieces of tender chicken breast coated in red chilli paste and creamed coconut
cooked together with whole baby sweet corn, bean sprouts, ginger, tomatoes and bamboo shoots.

Endorphin Rush (not for cry babies)  (Also available as a vegetarian option)    
Somewhere in the depths of the South American jungle there lives a condiment called the Red Savina Habenero - the hottest chilli in the world. Eating this dish will give you one hell of a rush. Chunks of chicken breast cooked with peppers, mushrooms, onions, mangos and pineapples. Simmered in a citrus sauce flavoured with the good old Red Savina.

CURRY DISHES

Chicken Korma   (Also available as a vegetarian option)      
Our own version of this popular Indian dish is mildly spiced, delicately cooked with fresh cream, coconut and onions.

Chicken Tikka Massala   (Also available as a vegetarian option)      
This is a moderately spicy dish cooked with fresh tomatoes and herbs. This is now a true British national dish, not only because it is the most popular, but because it is a perfect illustration of the way Britain absorbs external influences. Chicken Tikka is an Indian dish. The Massala sauce was added to satisfy the desire of British people to have their meat served in gravy.

CHILDREN’S DISHES

Spaghetti Neapolitan  (Also available as a vegetarian option)        
Spaghetti served with a Neapolitan sauce and topped with parmesan cheese. (Cheese is optional).

Burgers          
Here you have an option of Chicken burgers, beef burgers, hamburgers and veggie burgers.
